Refund Policy
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds for the current period
We offer a refund of the most recent payment within 14 days of charge if you have not made significant use of the service. Email hello@deepdigitalventures.com with your account email and the date of the charge.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we keep your account active for a 7-day grace period and email you a notice. After grace, the subscription becomes inactive; account data is retained as in Privacy.
Disputed charges
Please contact us first; chargebacks before contact slow everything down for both of us.
