Acceptable use

By creating an account you agree not to: (a) abuse or attempt to disrupt the service or other users; (b) use the service to violate applicable law or rights of others; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code beyond what's permitted by law; (d) attempt to bypass security or rate limits.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend an account that violates these terms. Suspensions are auditable and reversible at our reasonable discretion.

Subscriptions and refunds

If billing is enabled, recurring fees are stated at checkout. Cancellations stop future billing; refunds within the current period are at our discretion. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice via email.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantee. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what's required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by US law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms; data is retained as described in Privacy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by US law. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction there, unless local consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
